"DR. ROXANNE'S WELLNESS STRATEGIES"

 

Group Setting - These classes are designed to educate the participants on ways to enhance health and vitality and to aid in weight management skills. Each class is 30 to 40 minutes long. The participant will receive a notebook with:​​

  • PowerPoint presentations

  • Approved food list

  • Daily meal plan template

  • Recipes and snack ideas

  • Basic exercise programs

Corporate Setting - These classes are held at the office and discuss ways to implement positive lifestyle changes that enhance health and well-being, while enduring the hectic life of the corporate world. Many corporations have loved this class because it gives them specific strategies that make lifestyle changes more realistic. Participants experience restored health and learn how to prevent chronic illnesses. The participant will receive a notebook with:

  • Educational PowerPoint presentations

  • Approved food list

  • Daily meal plan template

  • Recipes and snack ideas

  • Basic exercise programs (optional)

WOMEN SPECIFIC HEALTH & WELLNESS SEMINARS

These 30-45-minute classes are designed to address safe and effective ways to enhance health and vitality through every stage of a woman's life. When a woman's hormones are in balance, she will feel healthy, energetic, and vital! Today's demanding lifestyles put more stress on a woman's body than ever before. Hormonal balance is easily offset by such factors as:

  • Poor nutrition

  • Lack of sleep

  • Lack of exercise

  • Chemicals in the environment

  • Hormones in meat and dairy products

  • Stress

 

Disruptions in hormone balance can cause a woman to feel HORRIBLE and can often lead to long-term health concerns.
